Protect your valuable assets! Through the collaborative effort of Lorain County Probate Judge James Walther, County Recorder Judy Nedwick and the Lorain County Bar Association, the Good Deeds Program is a FREE community education event. Attendees will discover how they can plan for the future, avoid probate and save time and money for their loved ones.

Recorder Judy Nedwick and her staff will be available for deed research from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, or you may call the Recorder’s office at 440.329.5148 to obtain a copy of your deed in advance of the event. Judge Walther will talk about survivorship deeds, wills and estate matters.
Licensed attorneys will be available after the presentation to discuss how they can assist you.
