                       tactical ways lawyers can shield
                       themselves fromclaims of professional
                       misconduct and to avoid digging themselves
                       into an even deeper hole once a grievance
                       or malpractice claims becomes imminent.

                             Kathryn Lenz, Staff Attorney,
                             Lorain County Clerk of Courts
                        Includes a focus on procedural requirements,
                        such as fax filing, service/failure of service,
                        docket updating, depositions and discovery
                        paper certifications and more!

                         Includes a focus on medical negligence case
                         intakes, 180-day letters, affidavits of merit,
                         including issues of extension of time and
                         proximate cause.

3:15-4:15pm    Trial Tactics for a Truck Collision Case
                            Attorney Andrew Young,
                            Nurenberg Paris, Heller & McCarthy
                        Includes a focus on written discovery,
                        depositions and utilizing available
                        tools during trial.
